2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup melted coconut butter (also called creamed coconut or coconut manna)
1/2 cup soft pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Stevia to taste (optional)
Cutting out sugar is a great step towards improving your overall health and your chances of getting pregnant.
