I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
Food is the base level. I want to equip you with not only the knowledge of how nutrition can help your particular situation, but the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself based on your goals. There is a lot of information out there on what to eat for fertility, but I will look at your individual blueprint and tailor nutritional guidelines that fit to you.
We will also talk about things beyond food, with the aim to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as emotional wellbeing. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) contribute to your hormones being out of whack? Does lack of sleep or low energy effect your emotional state? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your fertility. Together we’ll co-create your fertility and health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.
My aim is that you leave each coaching session feeling optimistic and unburdened about your fertility journey.
